ErpaHR is recruiting for his client in Prahova, one of the world's leading manufacturers of filters for application
in the Medical, Laboratory, Automotive, Appliance, Safety, and Building Filtration sectors, Senior Production Planner.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with production teams to assess current capacity and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate materials are available for production.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to keep updated the BOM on IT system.
- Work closely with customer service teams to prioritize orders and manage production timelines accordingly.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential production delays or bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on production status, including any deviations from the schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes
- Engineering or Supply Chain Management background.
- Proven experience as a Production Scheduler in the plastic industry, preferably with exposure to injection molding processes.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve production issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
